I have had my windows on order for over two months they have told me two weeks for six week's. Very poor customer service and act like they dont care. I called Pro glass and they had my glass ready to ship in four day's and the owner Bob was awesome I highly recommend them they want to get into our type racing so if you need any call him at 630-553-3141.

Yes they will fit with factory trim and you can get them smoked also. Just tell Bob you found out about them on the bullet.

I ordered Percy's and they called two weeks later to say the stock was damaged and blah blah blah.

Called Pro Glass and like you said.. no hassles.

Sam, my stuff was molded and looks real to most people sine I glued it in and used trim.

the coolest thing with percy's was when i ordered the back window for my 79 Malibu....the box came and it was HUGEEEEEE. the back window on any g-body(besides the aero coupes) were flat and pretty small. after talking with them, and getting a second piece sent out that was slightly larger, we found out it was actually for a 99ish body style monte carlo. they told us to put my old glass on it and trace it and cut out to fit....which kinda made buying a molded piece of glass pointless. but i can say the quality is awesome!

Take note, my glass also came 1" oversized on all sides. When I called to find out why, I was told that they've tried making exact fit glass and something always ends up too long or too short. It sucked to have to cut it to size, it took a die grinder, jigsaw, some cardboard and lots of patience.

Bob at Pro Glass made the windows for my Race Car 15 years ago and they still look great!! It's an awesome product with great service. I've been racing with Bob for 30 years and he's been making molded Lexan windows for 28 years--longer than anyone else. He knows his stuff and can do anything.

I ordered a set of side windows from Summit, Percy's Speedglass. I wasn't really given a delivery date, but after two weeks I called Summit. They called Percy's to findout it would be another 6 weeks wait on top of the two weeks I already waited.

I e-mailed several companies and the only one to respond at all (next day) was Bob at ProGlass. He went in depth about many things with the product, I was quite impressed with the time he spent typing his reply. I called this week to order the side windows, I believe he said normal time frame was a week.

I also found out several lexan window companies don't even make their own windows, so I bet Percy's is one of them with such long lead times.

I bought Percy's Speedglass , the whole 6 piece kit for my 09 Mustang . Took forever, The only pieces i did not use were the door windows. I went to put them in and wanted to use them in an operational way ( roll up and down ) They were wayyy too flimsy, And this was the thickness they suggested. I called and they offered nothing as far as a return , a discount back , or even a voucher for a Happy Meal. I did some research and found ProGlass . Their shit is awsome. Wish i would have found them first. It comes molded and cut to size / and holes that are in the OEM glass ect... Plus You can get it tinted . I ended up buying the side door windows from them. The side windows came in a week and there was NO trimming to do. So if you want tinted glass , go to ProGlass, Trying to tint Percy's Speedglass is like trying piss in a Coke can while driving on the highway. ( Unfortunately ive tried both  ) Neither worked good !! lol

I just got a batch of windows in from Five Star Racecar Bodies and they appear to be very nice. They did not list a part number for my exact car so I called them up with some dimensions and they figured out what would work best with the molds that they had. I think I called everyone, except for ProGlass, trying to find windows for this car with no luck. With all of the good reviews of ProGlass I may call them next time.

I have been trying to get this company to take my money for almost two weeks. They will not answer the phone or return my messages. And I havent even ordered yet. I hate to see what it would be like if they actually took my order. There are too many places that like money to treat customers like this. No Thanks.

Did you fabricate the tube/metal frame to support the window? Did you also fabricate the triangulation braces to support the window tube frame?

Did you also use the aircraft latches at the top to keep the windows held tight against the car?

These are all things that NEED to be done when installing lexan windows no matter what brand they are. Can't blame the lexan manufacturer for products that were not properly installed.

I emailed Jeff Percival at Percy glass as a follow up to my prior email complaints, sent him a link to this post and here is his reply. I see he never got on the Bullet to reply.

Jim,
I will read the link to see if it is indeed true. As it stands right now, after being cheated terribly by a "sister" company, we are preparing to set back up internally and produce an even better product that will be readily available. Thanks again!
Jeff
