334" with an .082 jet.. Still pretty rich as I'm sure you can tell but finally coming around! Went 9.05 off the trailer first run and vid showed it was rich on the launch at 950psi (1.29 60') so as a quick fix I left the line at 1050psi and wow did it leave harder. With more tuning I'll be ready to start stepping it up some.

Congrats on your 1st 8 second slip....you are hitting the tire to hard work on 60 to 330 & that will get you deeper in the 8s alone.
Too hard? Generally if I hit it much softer it goes up on the bars HARD and will unload. Going to tighten the limiters up more and see what happends. Hopefully that will be the fix. Not to mention it still has SSM lowers..lol.

Thanks everyone!!

I plan on going back to 1/8 mile for a while to get everything cleaned up. I realize the pressure drop was huge and dont see it when running 900-950 but the NEED to have that slip the other night got the best of me. With a 9.05 off the trailer I figured the quick fix was to take the pressure higher for one pass to get the number... You know it goes. I was soooo close and wasent ready to leave there without it and figured if I could make it up in the 1/8 it will be there.

The other crazy thing is timing was at 24 total and still couldnt get any heat in the plug -9 NGK. Granted I did drive the car back but can usually see the heat line.. Just wasent there. Maybe because it was rich at the stripe it just covered it up? Like others have said, back to 1/8 mile for a few to get the tune perfect.

Told my wife I can relax a little as the pressure is off... She laughed and just said.. "God help us"..lol (Guess she knows me all too well).

I've got to say, this little 334" has been good to me!!

Contracts! What was the 1/8 mile time? My guess is 5.80ish? How many rpms you turning through the traps and what gearing/tire?
Thanks. 5.689 @ 119.97mph. The time slip is posted up top.
Trapping the 1/4 at about 7600 I think... (shift light comes on at 7400 in the vid.. A little before the traps). 4.30 gear with a 28 10.5 stiff. No tubes.

Thanks!
Small cubes and .082 jet is what makes it so much fun. It's hurt the feelings of some bigger motors with more nitrous. Everyone laughs at the wheelie bars till they see it run. Cant wait to get the suspension dialed in and get them off there!!

It has 1 7/8 tubes with 3.5 collectors necked down to a 18" long 3" tube into 3" Bullets.

Little loud when cruzing the streets but gets the job done..lol.
