I'm getting ready to put our 406 back in and do some testing to see how much better the Eddy 23 degree RR Victor Head is compared to my old school 867 Pontiacs. Hopefully the numbers work right and we get it into the 5.40 range with a single stage plate, progressive, and 3100 lbs on a 275. We already went 5.84/118 with it on a 65N jet so I'm thinking we can do it!

There's an old saying "Never judge a book by it's cover" kinda of inside joke on my end about a guy we know that use to have a car that sorta looked like a Pro Mod but only ran 12.90's with a Blown BB Mopar. But anyway you get the drift........

Alan, that is trully one bad import dude! Very impressive to say the least.

So you can de-tune it a little bit and run the 8.50 class with that bad boy.

I lvoe those $50 valve covers. If I saw that engine and you said you wanted to race heads-up I would say go for it buddy. I'd be watching you pull-away from me the entire track. In fact, you would probably be pulling off the damn track as I was going through the traps!

But, I know better after meeting you at Steves class.

Good luck with it. I wanna see you bring that up to E-Town sometime.

No I'm going to try and keep everything the same when we get it back in the car.

Brand new Eddy Victors and new Wilson Super Victor VS the 867's and a Dart Wilson Intake.

Will do! Heck our little 383 with unported Vic Jrs went 5.88/115 this past weekend on an 85 jet in the same car so I am expecting big things when we hit the 406 with 300!
