how is everyone doing their crab?

boil, grill, smoke? looking for some good different ideas to change it up a bit.

Steam is the only correct way. Big pot with a 2" rack on the bottom. Pour in beer, vinegar and water 1" from the bottom of the rack. Layer crabs liberally sprinkling some J.O. #2 spice on each layer.

Newspaper on the table, get out the mugs, mallets, and knives and wait...

Yep.. 20 minutes from the time you put the lid on.

And I like to have a little bowl with cider viniger and old bay next to me while I'm picking for an occational dip.
